We did it! After an epic adventure in Iceland, we’ve officially launched our first product—our Photo Calendar! Yep, we spent June 2024 exploring one of the most stunning places on Earth, snapping a ton of photos of the wild landscapes—think epic waterfalls, jaw-dropping mountains, and endless skies. Let me tell you, taking these pictures wasn’t as easy as it looks. Iceland is gorgeous, but oh my, it’s FREEZING. And the wind? Insane. Imagine standing next to a massive waterfall, trying to hold your camera steady while you’re getting blasted by icy winds and water spray—it’s intense! There were moments I thought my fingers were about to fall off, but hey, no pain, no gain, right? After a while, I kinda just accepted that I was going to be cold the whole time and pushed through, all for that perfect shot.
Speaking of cold—there was this one night that I will never forget. We were out late shooting photos, and I was so tired that I literally fell asleep in my clothes, still in my dress. When I woke up in the middle of the night, it was -5 degrees, and the wind was so strong it felt like it could blow me away. Let me tell you, waking up freezing in the middle of nowhere is an experience. I had to layer up FAST. But, in that weird half-asleep moment, with the wind howling around me and everything icy cold, I realized how wild and beautiful this place really was. And yes, I still got some epic shots!

One day, we headed out to Skógafoss, one of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls. I was ready to get some amazing shots, but the second we got there, we were greeted by this massive blast of water spray. The wind was brutal, and the mist from the waterfall was soaking us within minutes. Honestly, it felt like standing in the middle of a water park—except this water was ice-cold! Holding the camera steady while getting drenched? Yeah, not easy. But we didn’t back down, and the shot we got is one of the most powerful in the calendar. You can practically feel the force of that waterfall just by looking at it.
I could go on forever about the crazy weather and the adventures we had, but you’ll get the vibe when you see the pictures. Each one captures a different side of Iceland, from glaciers and mountains to beaches with black sand that look like something from another planet.
